30 Day Return Policy: Half Price Drapes wants you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, you can return any Ready Made size panel for a full refund within 30 days. Please see terms for details (Buy 1 Get 1 FREE, HPD Sales Outlet & Clearance items are EXCLUDED). Prior to returning the merchandise we strongly recommend that you contact us at 1-866-413-7273 and consult with our customer service representatives regarding any issues you have with our products. Shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer.

All Returned Merchandise is carefully inspected upon receipt prior to a refund. All items must be in their original condition and with the original packaging or be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Returns received past 30 days will be subject to store credit only based on the condition of merchandise and approval.

Ready Made: Curtains & Draperies

Curtains and Drapes indicated as "Ready Made" on the website means that we carry the given size in stock. These items ship from our CA warehouse within 72 hrs, M-F (Holidays Excluded). Expected delivery is 10-12 business days.All curtains, drapes, hardware and accessories that are offered or marked as "Buy 1 Get 1 FREE" or "Clearance" are considered to be FINAL SALE and are non-returnable.

Made To Order Size: Curtains, Draperies & Accessories

Curtains and Drapes indicated as "Made To Order Size" on the website means that we do not carry any size in stock. Made To Order Sizes are custom made upon the order. Customers will have 24 hours from placement of custom orders in which to cancel. After 24 hours, if the order is cancelled, a 50% deposit will be retained by Half Price Drapes and will not be refunded. Custom curtains and drapery can be returned for "Store Credit" only. Half Price Drapes guarantees all Custom Products against any defects in material or workmanship. In the event of a defect, Half Price Drapes will, at our discretion, repair or re-make the item at our expense. All curtains, drapes, hardware and accessories that are offered or marked as "Buy 1 Get 1 FREE" or "Clearance" are considered to be FINAL SALE and are non-returnable.

Custom Made To Measure: Curtains, Draperies & Roman Shades

Curtains, Drapes & Roman Shades that are "Custom Made To Measure" are custom made to customer specifications, are not in sizes listed on the website & CANNOT be returned. Half Price Drapes guarantees all Custom Products against defects in material or workmanship. In the event of a defect, Half Price Drapes will, at our discretion, repair or re-make the item at our expense.

Drapery Hardware & Home Accessories

Please note drapery hardware & home accessories can be returned, unless specifically marked, for a refund within 30 days of the receipt of the order. All items must be returned in the original packaging. A 25% restocking fee will be charged for all drapery hardware & home accessories.

Furniture: Occasional Chairs

Furniture can be returned within 30 Days of receipt. You must obtain an RMA# (Return Mail Authorization) to start your return process. Please call 1.866.413.7273 to speak with someone in Customer Service.

If you receive your order damaged, please contact us prior to returning the items. Half Price Drapes will not reimburse you for unauthorized shipping expenses incurred.

Furniture items must be properly packaged in the original shipping containers and packaging materials. Shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer. If you choose to return a furniture item, Half Price Drapes will not reimburse you for any shipping expenses.

HPD OUTLET: (Buy 1 Get 1 FREE, CLEARANCE)

Periodically, HPD offers our customers some exceptional values in clearance sales. All curtains, drapes, hardware and accessories that are offered in such sales or marked as "Buy 1 Get 1 FREE" or "Clearance" are considered to be FINAL SALE and are non-returnable.

NOTE: When checking out the Shopping Cart will show the quantity of panels you have entered. Entering quantity of 1 you will receive 2 panels, entering quantity of 2 you will receive 4 panels etc.

SWATCHES:

***Color Variations: Please note the appearance of the color of the drapes can vary from computer monitor to monitor, and actual fabric color may also be of a different hue as each dye lot differs slightly. We do provide swatches for most of our fabrics, hence if possible customers should always purchase the swatches prior to placing their order. Ordering swatches does NOT guarantee price or availability. Swatches are non-returnable.

How To Return:

You can return the merchandise through the mail for a refund or store credit (if applicable), or replacement. You must call 1-866-413-7273 to obtain an RMA #. It must be written on the outside of the package for reference and acceptance. To make a return by mail, send your package along with the original invoice and "Return Authorization Form" that you received with your merchandise. Indicate the reason for the return and the action you are requesting to be taken, such as replacement or refund. Be sure to keep a copy for your records. SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE.

Refund Time Frame:

Once we have received back your item(s) please allow 21 Business Days for the refund to be processed. Please note that this may require 1-2 processing cycles on your bank card, depending on your specific bank. Returns sent without an RMA # will take longer to process.

We will process your return and follow your instructions. You may use the shipping carrier most convenient for you. If you do not have your original invoice, please send a letter with your merchandise that includes the following information: Name, Address, Phone Number, Order Number, and Item Description. State the Reason for the Return and the Action to be taken upon return, either replacement or a refund. Return your package to the address listed above. Price Protection Policy: Buy with confidence from Half Price Drapes. If an item you have purchased from Half Price Drapes goes on sale for a lower price within 14 days of your purchase, Half Price Drapes will be more than happy to refund the difference. You will be given a refund for the difference of the original selling price and the current advertised/reduced price. Please allow 21 business days for the refund to be processed.
